4 nights of accommodations at Sovereignty Ranch, a regenerative 200+ acre farm in the heart of Texas Hill Country
All of your organic meals catered directly from the farm in their farm-to-table regenerative restaurant, created by Chef Mollie of LA’s Sage Regenerative Kitchen
2 Movement Classes per day + optional retreat workshops led by Sami, Ben & guest presenters
Optional Farm Tours, Sourdough Bread Baking class, and other regenerative farm experiences!

Use of the sauna, magnesium-rich mineral lake, and cold plunge

We intend to deeply hold this community for a seamless retreat experience. This retreat is for all levels of yoga, from a newbie, to advanced.
Children under the age of 5 are welcome for a $200 ticket price to cover meals. We want this retreat to feel accessible to families with young children. Children will not be permitted to participate in all retreat activities.
The soul of this retreat will be our signature offering, Music Movement Medicine. This experience of primal, rhythm-driven, somatic movement that follows the energy of live music offered by our drummer, Pete Whitehead, & saxophonist, Benny Z, is designed to release trauma from the body & re-pattern the body for health. It is a co-creation of vibrational frequency & movement unlike anything you’ve experienced before.
This retreat will be very special because of the way music will be woven throughout.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits and payments are non-refundable (unless you find a replacement, in which case the payment will be refunded less the first $500). Unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid will be refunded. Notification of cancellation will occur at least 2 months prior to retreat start date. Uprise cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.
INSURANCE & LIABILITY
Please make sure that you have all necessary insurances in place before the trip (including but not limited to travelers insurance, health insurance etc). All yoga, mindfulness sessions and travelling are done at your own risk. Please read our liabilities waiver when creating your account. Please purchase travel insurance to protect your health and well being as well as your investment, from unforeseen circumstances before or during your retreat. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time you book your retreat.
