  • UPLIFT

    Another new signature style that we are excited to share with you, UPLIFT has all of your favorite elements of our UPRISE classes, but with these key distinctions:

    - less intensive cardio and more focus on strengthening & muscle burnout

    - less primal movement (aka, less squatting and less intensity for your hips and knees!), replaced by functional weight training that utilizes 1-3 pound weights and resistance bands in different functional movements, like lunges

    - 45 minute workout time to fit your schedule!

    It's still completely rhythm-driven, so it will NEVER feel like working out. We guarantee it!

  • SOMA FLOW™

    Soma Flow is a somatic, music-driven practice that leaves your mind at ease and muscles burning. Slower and more sequenced than Uprise, this class uses tools like self-massage, cross-crawl technique, breathwork, grounding and meditation to help students strengthen and tone while simultaneously regulating the nervous system and cultivating deeper body awareness. This class focuses on micro-movements and works deeply on the core and stabilizing muscles of the joints. Students will recognize a foundation of yoga asana and feel supported to intuitively play with beat-driven movement. This style of class promotes healing on a cellular and emotional level and is a well-rounded experience that you don't want to miss!

  • HOT FUNCTIONAL FLOW

    Is it yoga? Maybe! It depends how you define it. This class maintains the aspects of yoga that impact the nervous system and the connective tissue in a positive way, help to unite the masculine and feminine energies, and create more mind-body awareness.

    However, we have replaced most of the traditional “asana” (postures) - which may feel uncomfortable or even undoable to most people - with functional movements that will help increase your mobility, strength, and flexibility. We promise - this class will increase the longevity of your practice!

    You will leave feeling rejuvenated, sweaty, and calm in your heart.

  • THERAPEUTIC HOT YOGA™

    This class takes a personalized approach to yoga, tailoring each posture (and even which postures are chosen!) to meet the unique needs of your body. In a slow-paced, deeply focused environment, we guide you through precise, mindful movements that support recovery from injury or pain, all while enhancing your body awareness. Discover how to support your own healing.

    With the added benefit of heat, this class promotes detoxification and encourages nervous system regulation, creating a deeply soothing experience. This class aims to provide the "personal session" experience with the price point & convenience of a group class.

  • WARM YIN + SOUND HEALING

    Yin yoga is a slow-paced series of postures that are held for several minutes, allowing students to move beyond the muscular system and into deep layers of fascia and connective tissue to restructure the body in a way that faster-paced yoga styles don't allow for. While still challenging in its own right, it is a great class for beginners and the perfect YIN to the YANG of our other styles. The warm room of 75 degrees helps you melt away tension. Accompanied by various styles of soundscapes.

  • STEP UP

    Step Up(rise!) is not your mama's step class! It is a hybrid of step aerobics and dance styles such as Hip-Hop, Contemporary, and Afrobeat, done to various music genres including Dancehall, Reggaetone, Rap, and R&B. The sweat really sneaks up on you in this one! A cardio-dance class that has the added benefit of toning legs & glutes. You will be smiling the whole time!

  • HOT HATHA

    This class includes 26 set postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a room heated to 105 degrees. Popularized by Bikram, this immensely effective and beloved style is proven to improve sleep, reduce anxiety, lessen pain, and promote weight loss & strength gain. The pace of this class is slow, methodical, and meditative, but challenging. It will satisfy beginners and advanced yogis alike! Unlike other Hot 26 classes, ours are 60 minutes and include great music!

  • HOT VINYASA

    Our yoga classes are a true “ujjayi” breath practice: ONE breath per ONE movement. Inhale, exhale - this allows practitioners to get into a moving meditation state, where they shut off the pre-frontal cortex of the brain (the over thinker!) and turn “on” deeper levels of intuition and somatic experience. While fast-paced, the flows are created entirely from foundational postures (no fancy arm balances here). This is back-to-basics, truly transformational yoga. This class is 90 degrees and we practice to beat-driven music without lyrics.
