Your summer just got a little bit hotter. 🌞

Going on vacation shouldn’t mean missing out on your yoga or movement practice.

In fact, we think you’ll have your BEST vacation yet if you make time to take care of your body, mind, and spirit. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and inspired: let us help fill up your cup.

We are your one-stop-shop for fun fitness. That's because all of our classes accomplish a variety of different goals in one 60-minute practice:

  1. Sweat. Missing from so many group fitness classes, our hot room means you’ll get the best sweat of your life.

  2. Strength. A traditional vinyasa class is usually not going to provide you with the strength-building movements your body craves for tone, longevity & a healthy metabolism. But, our classes do!

  3. Stretch. But you will still get a good stretch to help keep joints limber and improve any pain or injury!

  4. Meditative movement. Our teachers help you get out of your head and into your body for a somatic experience that will help you feel more connected and calm.

  5. Find your new movement obsession. Our class styles are probably like nothing you’ve ever tried before, and we get to watch the enormous impact they make on peoples’ lives day in and out. No one leaves the same way they came in. You may just go home having found your new fitness obsession.

what to know before you go:

What’s the best class to start with?

That depends who you are! If you’re looking for an accessible but challenging practice (maybe you’re healing an injury?), Hot 26 is for you. If you’re in need of a good scream, shake, or cardio workout, Hot Buti is for you. Hot Yoga is for you when you’ve had a tough week and need to get out of your head. Warm Yin is for when you need a big bear hug, in the form of a movement class.

What’s your parking like? How about if I’m late?

We have a “zero minutes late” policy because we always lock our doors at the start of class for everyone’s safety & enjoyment. We have plenty of parking in our lot, there is street parking out front, and we are a short walk from other shared lots around Freeport.

What should I bring to the studio?

Please bring a mat and a water bottle. Oh, and an open-mind and can-do attitude!

What’s the best way to book classes?

The best way to book classes, cancel classes, book guests, and get notifications about updates to classes is through the Walla app. Download it here!

We love beginners.

Don’t get us wrong, we’ll still kick your butt if you’re an experienced yogi, too. But all of our teachers aim to make every class accessible to someone just starting out. Don’t worry, we got you.

I’m scared about the heat. Help!

Most hot yoga studios use infrared heaters, so if you’ve ever tried hot yoga before, chances are, it felt overwhelming & oppressively hot, like you couldn’t breathe! That’s because infrared heaters heat you from the inside out, and it’s actually terribly unhealthy (yikes). It can even cause headaches, fatigue, and a general “bleh” feeling after.

We don’t use infrared. We use a forced hot air system and a humidifier set to 50% humidity. It’s more costly, but it’s worth it. This means we heat the room, not you. Phew. You’ll get a perfect sweat and our students say it’s way more tolerable than other hot studios. Imagine a tropical paradise instead of an arid dessert.
